Espelkamp was once again the centre of HARTING's annual strategy conference - the technology group's International Management Meeting (IMM). Managers from all continents came together and drew up concrete plans to shape the future of the company.
This year's IMM 2025 is being organised under the motto "Pioneering Culture and Mindset - in all we do". Important aspects of this are the progress and implementation of the All Electric Society supported by innovations from HARTING as well as the ongoing globalisation of the company. In an increasingly complex world, HARTING wants to further develop its organisation and culture in order to position itself as a future-proof company.
Despite challenging global market conditions, HARTING was able to achieve a turnover of 940 million euros in the last financial year. With this performance, the company demonstrated its adaptability: Although a single-digit decline in sales was recorded compared to the record year 2022/2023, the company exceeded market expectations and thus showed that it is robustly positioned.
Philip Harting, CEO of the Technology Group, summarised the strategy conference: "Together, we have set the course for sustainable growth and innovation. The meeting showed that we are well positioned to master future challenges. The key to this is our combination of global presence and local expertise."
