FAQ - E-Mobility Technologies


E-mobility is a key element in the electrification of our society and plays a decisive role on the road to an All Electric Society. By switching from fossil fuels to electric drives, we can not only significantly reduce CO2 emissions, but also maximise the efficiency of energy use. In many cases, electric vehicles are able to generate more energy from the same amount of resources than conventional combustion engines. In addition, advances in battery technology and renewable energy allow electric vehicles to be seamlessly integrated into the power grid, increasing the stability and flexibility of the energy supply. If the electricity required comes from sustainable sources, the entire transport sector becomes significantly more environmentally friendly and contributes to achieving climate targets. Comprehensive electrification through electromobility is therefore not only technically possible, but also necessary in order to meet the ecological challenges of the future.

Electric vehicles offer numerous advantages over vehicles with combustion engines, particularly in terms of environmental friendliness and efficiency. Electric vehicles produce no direct CO2 emissions and can be powered by renewable energy, which minimises their environmental footprint. They are also more efficient as they convert a greater proportion of energy into motion.
