HARTING China Awards
HARTING's Han-Modular® won the ‘Innovation Product Award’ in 2023.
Relying on the Vogel media platform, MM Modern Manufacturing Magazine launched the ‘Smart Innovation Series’ to select the winner of the ‘Innovative Product Award’ for the automation and digitalisation industry and products that are hot in the market today - the Han-Modular® Domino Module from Hottings Technology Group. The winner of the ‘Innovative Product Award’ was selected - Han-Modular® from Hotelex Technology Group, and a grand award ceremony was held on 18th September 2023 in Shanghai at the ‘18th MM Modern Manufacturing New Automation Forum’.
The 18th MM-New Automation Forum has been successfully held for 17 times in 2023, which has always taken the responsibility of promoting industrial communication and automation application level, and the combination with the hotspots of manufacturing industry development is the important reason why the forum has been widely recognised and improved year by year. The theme of the 18th ‘MM New Automation Forum’ in 2023 is ‘Industry + AI Defining New Industry Situation’, focusing on the three main topics of industrial AI, digitisation and carbon neutrality, to promote industry chain linkage, empower the green ecosystem, create an end-to-end zero-carbon industry chain, and jointly explore the green future driven by digitisation.
The award is based on the urgent needs of users for digital transformation and upgrading, and is centred on industry cases or upgraded industry applications that have been successfully implemented in digitalisation, intelligentisation and informatisation. HARTING TECHNOLOGY GROUP won the first prize with the Han-Modular® Domino Module. The product was previously awarded ‘Cable and Connector Product of the Year’ at the inaugural Instrumentation Excellence Awards in London, UK, in October 2022, and won the award at the CAIMRS 2023 China Automation+Digitalisation Industry Conference (‘CAIMRS 2023’). CAIMRS 2023, the industry's leading award for ‘Automation Innovation Award’ in the Power Distribution category.
With its new design concept and outstanding performance, the Han-Modular® Domino Module stood out among the many participating products and solutions, and not only won the recognition of the market users, but also gained the unanimous favour of the selection experts.
With its Domino Modules, HOTEL is taking modular connectors to the next stage of development. The Domino system reduces the total number of interfaces required because the connectors are smaller and lighter than with the original Han-Modular® series. More module components can be integrated into a single connector than before. For example, four different modular interfaces can now be fitted into a standard 6B housing instead of two. Users can save up to 50 per cent of installation space, generating additional added value to better meet the challenges of the current energy transition and digital transformation.
HARTING has always been committed to providing reliable, efficient and diverse connectivity solutions to its customers. This award is not only a high recognition of Hotelex's innovation and R&D capabilities in the field of industrial connectivity, but also an affirmation of HARTING's core competitiveness and development potential in the industry in the future. In the future, HARTING will continue to bring more innovative products and solutions to our customers, helping them to make great strides towards a sustainable future in automation and digital transformation.
